Saved summaries, transcripts and notes are encrypted in your browser. You choose what to keep or delete.
Temporary processing
Audio is processed to make your summary and transcript. Temporary processing files are removed before your appointment is saved. Keep the page open until saving is complete.
Yours to take with you
Read and download saved records whenever you need them, without paying again. Keep your recovery phrase to open them on another device.
For existing invited users
Patient PA is closed to new accounts. Existing invited users can record appointments without payment. Personal notes are free.

Who is Patient PA for?
Patient PA is for adults who want help remembering their own appointments. Perhaps you’re seeing several doctors, managing a long-term condition or trying to remember the next steps after a hospital visit.
Where can I use Patient PA?
Patient PA is currently for people in the UK. We plan to launch in other countries soon.
Am I allowed to record my doctor?
UCLH guidance allows audio recording of your own appointment for personal use in a transparent manner.
Please ask your doctor’s permission first as a courtesy, and explain that Patient PA will process the recording to make a summary. Record in a private setting, away from other patients.
Can I rely on the summary for medical instructions?
The summary and transcript are AI-generated and can contain mistakes. Check anything important or unclear with your doctor or nurse. Patient PA helps you remember; it does not give medical advice.
Are there any payments?
No payments are taken during this closed release. Your saved records remain available to read and download. Personal notes are free.
