Patient PA makes a memory aid, not medical advice. AI summaries and transcripts can contain errors. Check important or unclear instructions with your doctor or nurse.
Recording privately
Ask your doctor or nurse before recording and explain the AI processing. Record your own appointment away from other patients. Keep the recording private.
Your saved records
Stopping purchases does not end access to saved records. Keep your recovery phrase so you can open encrypted records on another device. Personal notes remain free.
How your information is handled
